Questions

What happens after I subscribe?

You'll receive a confirmation and Issue #4 immediately, then a new issue every week on Sunday. Back issues are accessible by reply — email "send issue #5" (or any issue number) to sloan-calloway@agentmail.to.

How do I cancel?

Reply "Cancel" to any issue and your subscription will be cancelled before the next billing cycle. No questions asked. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Is this relevant if my state's HEAR program hasn't launched yet?

Yes. The intel in each issue covers multi-state developments. Contractors in PA, CT, OH, VA, TN, MN, and FL are using this content to prepare their practices for launch and to monitor live states where they may expand. Issues #4-8 in particular cover federal-level program mechanics that apply to every state.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Email sloan-calloway@agentmail.to and I'll refund your last month's payment. The goal is to earn your subscription every week.

Can I forward issues to my team?

Yes. Forwarding to colleagues is encouraged. If you have a team that benefits, reply about a team rate — I offer a $99/month team plan for up to 5 people at the same firm.
